We are pleased to announce the "4th International Conference on Infectious Diseases and Nanomedicine-2023" (abbreviated as ICIDN-2023) from December 15-18, 2023 in Kathmandu, NEPAL. Each previous editions of ICIDN conferences- ICIDN-2012 (Kathamndu), ICIDN-2015 (Kathmandu), ICIDN-2021 (virtual)- were successful in bringing together over 200 participants from more than 20 countries across the globe. ICIDN-2023 has the motto: "Interdisciplinary Collaborative Education for Research and Innovation in Biomedical Sciences". The primary objective of this meeting is to provide an unique global platform for presentation and rigorous discussion on recent trends, challenges and solutions path in various aspects of infectious diseases and nanomedicine. It equally aims at strengthening intensive scientific ties and network of biomedical scientists from Asian region to the rest of the world in support of systematic understanding of infectious diseases and applications of nanomedicine to disease for the benefit of humankind.

ICIDN-2023 will focus on the conventional molecular microbiology, cutting-edge multi-omics technology (e.g., microbiomics, metabolomics), and potential applications of nanotechnology in infectious disease diagnosis and treatment. As with our previous editions, emerging infectious diseases, antimicrobial resistance, drug design and drug delivery will be an integral part of the ICIDN-2023. The ICIDN-2023 is expected to further strengthen our mission to promote interdisciplinary education and researches in the field of microbiology, material sciences and nanotechnology in Nepal and beyond.
